About the event
Ali Asadi is am a full-time greenwoodworker based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, UK.
He spend his days turning bowls, cups, and other useful items from fresh, local, sustainably sourced wood.
He works entirely by hand using traditional tools, including a foot-powered pole lathe, an age-old method that keeps him connected to the rhythm and simplicity of the craft.
